This machine is specially designed to grind hard and fragile high precision components. Take, semi-conductor Industry for example. Ceramic substrate, silica, quartz etc GRC productivity is more than double compare with traditional reciprocating surface grinder，and the high rigidity spindle and turn table, high damping and non-stick slip features on the hydrostatic components capable for high gravity eccentric machining，the rotating accuracy on spindle and table is within 1µm，table loading capacity is up to 10,000KG，the machine also ensure high steadiness and longer life. In all it is great saving on expensive maintenance.
The cylindrical design for GRC cover ensure the high suction and recycle for oil mist during machining. Indeed a eco-friendly design.
The controller can choose either Mitsubish orFanuc touch screen panel. Combine with HMI(Human Machine Interface) and conversation feature, it fist on visual operation, very easy to operate and learn. Unlike traditional surface grinder require to adjust the table. GRC is easily to conduct special cutting such as convex or concave shape. Precise calculation and compensation on axes backlash enable the linear guide way to perform sub-micron feeding. This function can input the grinding result and this function is great assist on time saving on material combine two or more exotic material, particularly common in Semi-Conductor industry.

The design of base and column is also important, the double column design is much rugged than single column.
